What type of paper do you print on?

We print on 200gsm matte finish fine art quality paper for a super crisp and high-end look

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders generally take between 1-3 days for us to process, this gives us time to print and quality check all orders before they are sent out.

What packaging does my print come in?

Smaller prints (A4, A5 or 5x7") are sent out in a study envelope. All larger prints are sent rolled in a tube.

What are your eco credentials?

  • We use water-based inks for all prints
  • Sustainably sourced paper or wood
    from sustainable forests
  • Our products and packaging are all plastic free

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns with 14 days of delivery providing the product is resalable condition. Please contact us at hello@alfrescoprints.com to arrange your return.

Do you sell frames?

At this time all prints come unframed, we do not sell frames.
